Timer starts automatically on first use. Progress stages:

If you accidentally break no-contact, tap "Restart" to reset the timer.

Record their flaws or disappointing moments in the input field. When you're tempted to reach out, tap the red SOS button to see all "evidence" fullscreen, helping you stay grounded.

Write anything you want to express in the text box, then tap "Let Go". Your words will be destroyed with a shredding animation, leaving no records.

LetGo uses local storage. All user data (including no-contact records, reality check lists, time capsule contents, and chat history) is stored locally on your device and never uploaded to any remote server.
